Q - I have logged in but I can't see any Google Classrooms?

A - Make sure you are logged in with your child's Google Account and not your own. This might be the case especially if you have a gmail account.

Q - I am not sure when the live learning will take place?

A - This will now happen once a day via the link in Google Classroom. Please check the timings you have been sent and be in the session a few moments early as the teacher will not always notice late arrivals.

Q - I have lost my child's username and password / the password isn't working?

A -  Please request it is sent to you again via the Helpdesk
